Airtècnics launches Airtrack, a new air curtain for refrigerated transport that prevents energy loss caused by the loading and unloading of goods. With this product, carriers will be able to achieve fuel savings of up to 30%.
Airtrack is a small and easy to maintain air curtain thanks to the perforated suction grille. It is composed of low voltage fans prepared to work between -25ºC and 50ºC.
The length of the air curtain is adaptable from 850 mm to 2430 mm upon request, a feature that allows it to be adapted to any type of vehicle: trucks, trailers, vans, vehicles with roll-up doors, etc.
Its structure is made of self-supporting aluminium frame and includes the three-step fixing system support, to install with screws on the roof of the chamber in a quick and easy way.
In addition to the energy savings by reducing refrigeration loss, having air curtains in refrigerated transport helps to keep the cargo free of odours, gases or insects, among others that cause damage to the supplies.
Thanks to air curtains, working is safer and more efficient, since there are no physical barriers that can interrupt the loading and unloading of vehicles.
