Airtècnics implements a completely new control electronics in the Optima (visible and recessed), Aris, and Top air curtains. The new Advanced PRO control is designed to meet customer needs with semi-automatic operation, energy efficiency, and no price increase.
Electronics and control are fundamental in any technological product. For our innovative DNA, it is strategic to have an in-house department for hardware and firmware design. Staying true to our vision, the new control has been 100% designed and programmed by Airtècnics.
Thanks to standardization, the new Advanced PRO control is compatible with air-only curtains, electric heating, and water heating, thus replacing all previous references.
The new electronics are designed to be more robust, adding electrical and electronic protections, Poke-yoke connections, and coated with varnish to improve corrosion resistance and extend lifespan.
The new design with an LCD screen allows for a clear view of the equipment's status while providing all the necessary information. The display informs with alarm or error codes to facilitate troubleshooting potential issues. It has touch buttons with very intuitive and easy-to-use menus.
The new Advanced PRO control integrates a temperature sensor that modulates heating based on the chosen temperature, functioning as an advanced thermostat. Additionally, electric heating curtains increase from 2 to 3 heating stages, and water curtains allow the use of proportional valves with 3 stages. This allows for better adjustment of heating power, saving energy and improving comfort.
With PRO (professional) control, it comes with a door contact that allows selecting a ventilation speed and a heating stage for open doors, and another for closed doors with a programmable delay time.
This way, the air curtain semi-automatically regulates ventilation and heating power based on the door’s status and the chosen temperature.
Other available functions include: screen lock, configurable maintenance alarm, Boost function (increases set point temperature when the door is opened), limitation of ventilation or heating, memory, external ON/OFF, external heating OFF, etc.
