Airtècnics launches a new model of the Cyclohnic air purifier for farms with a higher filtering capacity thanks to the three new filters added to the device. Cyclohnic is a ventilation box with air purification technologies by means of Advanced Oxidation Processes (OH technology and Kleenfan technology).
It has been specially created to improve air quality in spaces where livestock activity is carried out involving the housing of all types of animals: pigs, cows, sheep, poultry, horses.... In these places, polluting particles are very large and conventional air purifiers do not do their job.
The device treats the air in the various stages described above. The new Cyclohnic Active model adds three high-performance filters: a molecular mineral filter, an activated carbon filter and an organic filter of vegetable origin.
In its standard version, the first stage is a cyclone filter in which the larger contaminants precipitate and which has a plug to empty it when it is full. This is followed by a G4 filter and the last stage is the passage of air through a reactor chamber with patented purification technologies.
The active OH technology with hydroxyls inactivates up to 99.9% of pathogenic microorganisms such as viruses and bacteria, preventing diseases that spread among animals. Además, they improve air quality, resulting in a healthier space for workers.
In addition, the patented Kleenfan technology uses ultraviolet light on a fan covered with a layer of titanium dioxide so that a photocatalytic process is activated inside a sealed space that mineralises pollutants such as nitrogen oxides, sulphur dioxides, formaldehyde, volatile organic compounds, etc.
All these stages favour a drastic reduction of pollutant gases and CO2 originating from the production of intensive farm animals.
