Our exclusive agent in UK, JS Air Curtains, has supplied and installed a 7.4 m long stainless steel Rund air curtain system in central London. Two decorative air curtains with a dummy section at each end create a barrier of air that prevents cold air from entering the reception area even with the doors open.
The system is installed at 151 Buckingham Palace Road, an early 1990`s landmark property situated adjacent to Victoria Station let to the Government and many organizations.
The two operating Rund air curtains each incorporate 18 kW electric heaters but hot water heating and air only models are also available. The Rund air curtain can be produced in any single length from 1 to 3 m with multiple units capable of accommodating any width of entrance. Fan powers vary from 1,875 to 7,400 m3, making the air curtain ideal for sealing doorways up to 3.5 m high.
The Air curtain Rund has many mounting options and can be held horizontally on brackets, suspended on rods, mounted on post-type arms either from the floor, ceiling or walls, or stood vertically on the floor. It is supplied with a control panel and 20 m of plug and play RJ45 cable but can also be connected to a BMS.
