Provide your indoors of quality air with the new Airtècnics ventilation boxes to disinfect and purify
Until now, ventilation boxes were intended for purely professional use, more specifically in the health sector. Our main customers were laboratories, hospitals and clinics, and also some companies in the food sector. They installed these devices in operating theatres or places where the air quality must be as sterile as possible.
But the current panorama, the awareness of the importance of quality indoor air and avoiding the spread of diseases in crowded places, has led us at Airtècnics to turn the screw and launch two state-of-the-art purifier boxes, to which other models will be progressively added to the catalogue..
The Zerobox and Kleenbox units, which have so far been used as a means of air decontamination in the health and food industry sectors, can now be introduced in educational centres, restaurants, cinemas, theatres or any workplace, such as offices. Places where the flow of people is high and the possibilities of natural ventilation are limited, so air quality is compromised.
Airtècnics has applied Kleenfan technology to Zerobox, a system of air purification just like in nature. The light from a UV-A LED lamp (the emission of which does not affect outer space because it is isolated and therefore not harmful to humans) falls on the fan turbine bathed in titanium oxide, thus generating Reactive Oxygen Species that cause advanced oxidation processes of air-polluting compounds. Thus, it deactivates a wide range of pathogenic microorganisms, such as viruses and bacteria.
The Zerobox unit maintains its soundproofing with 5 cm of acoustic insulation, its main feature that differentiates it from the rest of the ventilation boxes on the market. With the new application of air purification by photocatalysis, the air in the space for which the unit is intended will be free of pathogenic organisms. It can be used to fill in bubble spaces such as field operating theatres or places of leisure.
For its part, the Kleenbox device is composed of three stages of filtration. Firstly, a flat pre-filter with a broken surface that retains the larger particles. Secondly, it has a compact F7 quality filter, and finally a HEPA filter, the one recommended by the Ministry of Health for its high effectiveness in preventing particles from passing through.
