The Danish toy company Lego has installed a recessed Windbox air curtain in its shop on Paseo de Gracia in Barcelona, the largest in Europe to offer entertainment experiences to customers. This shop is the third largest in the world, following those in New York and Guangzhou (China).
The shop is divided into several areas where customers can design and build their creations. It has various interactive and digital elements such as a photo booth that transforms a photo into a construction mosaic to build at home with more than 4,500 Lego pieces. There is also a figure factory to design, personalise and print them in the shop.
Airtècnics air curtains join to this technology. The recessed Windbox model belongs to the standard range. It has a timeless design, is discreet and easily integrated in interior design. It is ideal for the entrances of commercial and industrial establishments.
One advantage of this model is the maintenance-free, aluminium grille, which is integrated into a single frame with a swivelling linear discharge diffuser. This frame has been painted black for the construction toy brand.
The air curtains also ensure energy savings and comfort for customers, as the draughts caused by open entrances are eliminated. In addition, air curtains are equipped with EC fans, which are efficient, energy-saving and low-noise.
