The Advanced PRO control is designed to meet customer needs with semi-automatic, energy-efficient operation. It has been 100% designed and programmed by Airtecnics to be compatible with all ranges of air curtains and replaces the previous regulators.
This control is included in the Optima and Optima recessed, Aris, and TOP air curtain models.
Advanced Pro replaces and improves all controls from the previous basic Airtècnics range of 2 and 5 speeds
(no heating, water heating, electric heating, DX heating), Hand Auto, and Interface. Now, all controls in one.
2.8” LCD screen with backlight and capacitive touch buttons.
Infrared remote control.
The LCD screen displays the fan speed, heating stage, setpoint ambient temperature, optional exterior temperature,
door status and external signals, as well as alarms and errors.
Alarm and error codes: Overheating, heating blocked, anti-freeze, fire alarm, communication error...
Plug & Play connection with RJ11 cable.
Automatic initialization with detection of connected hardware, and configuration according to the detected devices.
Power RJ11 24V DC + RS485 Communications.
Advanced Pro integrates an ambient temperature sensor and includes a door sensor.
Together with the setpoint temperature, they form a system that allows for the regulation of ventilation and heating, saving energy.
With the temperature sensors (one inside included in Advanced Pro, and the other external optional),
several heating control functions can be performed:
modulating the temperature, programming Boost opening (increases the setpoint temperature by 2°C)...
With the door contact installed, different speeds and heating stages can be programmed according to the door status (open/closed).
Also, there is a door delay, where the unit operates with the door closed for the programmed time.
User menu for setting the set temperature and ventilation and heating according to the door status.
Quick access for setting the set temperature.
Internal parameters configuration menu:
Door delay, maintenance programming, speed and heating limitation, control memory, temperature units, auto-cooling program, control lock and boost mode.
The control housing is specifically designed to protect the electronics. It contains several ventilation slots to ensure optimal temperature for internal components.
The new electronics are designed to be more robust, adding electrical and electronic protections, Poke-yoke connections, and protected with varnish to improve corrosion resistance and extend lifespan. The circuit board is fixed in the front housing, and the box closure can be reinforced with an additional security screw.
The box is designed for cable connections to the circuit board to be made from different access points, either through the main housing or the rear cover. It features several pre-cut openings and break zones for cable entry, facilitating installation.
Ready for wall installation and easy to open for electronic maintenance.
