Ventilation systems always have different requirements. In some installations it is simply necessary an air exchange, whereas in others the requirements of temperature, humidity and air purity can be very demanding. Airtècnics designs the air handling units according to the particularities of each project with highly configurable modules.
Low-profile air handling units are designed for installation in false ceilings when it is not possible to install them on the roofs of buildings.
Airbox modular air handling units are built with sandwich panels incorporating thermal and acoustic insulation made of fireproof mineral wool fibre. The panels are made of galvanised steel, but can be clad in aluminium or stainless steel, depending on the conditions in which the equipment is installed. They can be installed with a frame, or the modules can have aluminium or galvanised steel profiles, depending on the model.
And they can include ECFanGrid, a series of energy-saving EC fans arranged in line, both for the initial creation and for the retrofitting of the air conditioners. The result is an airflow proportional to the number of fans used, while maintaining constant pressure conditions.
The use of ECFanGrid offers many advantages: take up less space for easy installation, maintenance and cleaning. The ECFanGrid always fits into the installation because it is 100% configurable, depending on the chosen fan layout. For example: 2x2, 3x3, 4x3, 5x4...
