Airtècnics has received the "green company" certificate from the electrical energy consultant and distributor Indexo Energía because the origin of the energy consumed by the air curtain specialist is 100% renewable or high efficiency energy.

The commitment with the environment has become for Airtècnics one of the fundamental pillar on which we base our business and production strategies. In addition to the use of renewable and highly efficient energies, in Airtècnics we make an effort to separate waste for its later recycling; we use elements of recycled or biodegradable origin (such as paper, rubbish bags or coffee cups); and we carry out small actions that favour a better conservation of the environment such as reusing office material, for example.

In addition, for years, the roof of the manufacturing hall has been equipped with more than 300 m2 of solar panels, which translates into a considerable reduction of CO2 emissions and whose photovoltaic energy can be used by the population.

Above all, we have been committed to the environment for years because our main reason for being, the air curtains, are the most energy-efficient product available, as they save up to 80% of energy in air conditioning. And the rest of the catalogue complies with the European ErP Regulation that establishes minimum requirements for energy efficiency, low nitrogen dioxide emissions and sound levels for motors and fans. The aim of implementing all these environmental measures is to comply with international guidelines for the reduction of pollutant gas emissions.
